We want you to be completely satisfied with Julep. If you're not happy with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure you can try our service risk-free.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Julep for any reason within the first 14 days of your purchase, simply contact us and we'll issue a full refund—no questions asked.
Pro-Rated Refunds
After the 14-day guarantee period, we may offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription on a case-by-case basis. We evaluate each request individually and strive to find a fair solution.
Bonus Credits
Purchased bonus credits are non-refundable once used. Unused bonus credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@julep.dev with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier.
