When you need a punch that'll have everyone coming back for seconds, this rum-laden tropical number delivers without requiring you to play bartender all night. Mix it once, let it chill, and you're done.
The combination of aged and coconut rum creates a solid foundation that doesn't taste one-note or cloying. Pineapple and passion fruit bring that bright, tangy sweetness you want from a tropical punch, while falernum adds warmth with its almond and spice notes. The real magic happens when you add chilled ginger beer right before serving. It brings a peppery effervescence that keeps things lively, and the grenadine sinks and swirls to create those gorgeous sunset layers everyone will want to photograph.
This is the punch you make for summer cookouts, pool parties, or when you're hosting friends who appreciate a real drink but don't want anything fussy. Serve it over ice in punch cups or rocks glasses, and watch it disappear faster than you'd expect.
